How To Write a Story Writing Map

The writing prompts and suggestions on the How to Write a Story map will inspire you to explore all aspects of a memorable and layered story: complex characters, clear settings, sharp dialogue, suspense and a rewarding ending. The How to Write a Story map is suited to all ages, and is our first Writing Map devised particularly with younger and starting-out writers in mind. Like all the Writing Maps, though, it's also suitable for writers of all levels.

The Writing Map is illustrated by Jack Slater with writing prompts by Shaun Levin.
