Wren's City Churches Tea Towel

£10.95

| /

The floor plans are shown of ten of the churches built in the City of London by Sir Christopher Wren between 1670 and 1711, to replace those destroyed in the Great Fire. The crowded nature of the City means that only one of the churches shown is completely rectilinear and undistorted by the buildings and streets around it. Adapted from Sir Banister Fletcher's A History of Architecture on the Comparative Method.  Care guide: Machine washable.
  • Approximately 78 x 48 cm.
  • 100% cotton.
