Delivery time is not guaranteed. PLEASE NOTE: continuing disturbances related to Covid-19 and Brexit mean that deliveries are likely to be much slower than you would normally expect.
    • If the order value is more than £135 / €150 and the products' country of origin is outside of the UK or EU, you might be asked to pay customs duties.
    • From 1st July 2021, EU customers will also be responsible for paying VAT, at your local rate, when you get the order. 
    • The delivery company may also add additional fees when they collect these charges.

        We are currently reviewing the new systems and how best to manage shipping fees within Europe.  If you have a query - about the value of an order, for example - don't hesitate to ask.
