Leaf-shaped earrings with a delicate, dichotomous pattern. Unlike the net-like venation systems of most plants, ferns and ginkgos exhibit an open pattern in which roughly parallel veins fork repeatedly producing a tree-like structure of Y-shaped nodes. This pattern was grown in a computer simulation of leaf venation and etched onto a sheet of stainless steel.
Stainless steel with surgical steel wires.
Each earring measures 20 x 70mm.
