Delivery within UK

Orders placed after 1pm on Friday 16th of December are being processed very quickly but we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas.

We expect the majority of Priority orders to arrive within 2-3 working days but small number are taking longer due to the impact the recent industrial action has had on all couriers.

5-8 working days - delivery time is not guaranteed

 Free if you spend over £30, or £3.95
1st Class

2-6 working days - delivery time is not guaranteed

 FREE if you spend over £50 or £4.95 
Priority 1-3 working days - delivery time is not guaranteed £7.95

 
We use a range of couriers including Royal Mail, Parcel Force and DPD.

Delivery outside UK - prices depend on the weight of your order

 Europe
1-4 weeks approx. Delivery time is not guaranteed. PLEASE NOTE: continuing disturbances related to Covid-19 and Brexit mean that deliveries are likely to be much slower than you would normally expect.
    • EU customers will be responsible for paying VAT, at your local rate, when you receive the order. Tax is charged on the value of the order including shipping costs.
    • If the order value is more than £135 / €150 and the products' country of origin is outside of the UK or EU, you might also be asked to pay customs duties.
    • The delivery company may also add additional fees when they collect these charges; this is usually between 2-10 euros.

        We are currently reviewing the new systems and how best to manage shipping fees within Europe.  If you have a query - about the value of an order, for example - don't hesitate to ask.
