Oracle Bone Script Hand-Carved Mug

Oracle bone script dates back to the late 2nd millennium BC when inscriptions were made in the scapula bones of oxen or turtle shells and then heated with flames. The pattern of cracks that formed in the bones would then be interpreted to make predictions. 

The characters on this earth-red mug have been been sand-carved by hand into the surface of the mug for a unique tactile feel.
